Inter-Tyre cannot check whether the personal data entered corresponds to the person actually filling it in. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for it. At your first request, we will delete all your data immediately.
Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@inter-tyre.nl, then we delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Inter-Tyre processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Inter-Tyre analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the offer of products and services to your preferences
- If you respond to an open vacancy
Upon your first request, Inter-Tyre will delete all your data immediately.
Automated decision-making
Inter-Tyre does not make decisions on matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems, without a human (e.g. an Inter-Tyre employee) being involved.
How long we keep personal data
Inter-Tyre will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:
- Anonymous data, such as tracking cookies, via Google Analytics, for up to 26 months. We delete other data we collect (via contact form and login request form) upon request.
- Different deadlines apply to the personal data of job applicants. Data are kept within the time limits set by law.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Inter-Tyre does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Inter-Tyre remains responsible for these processing operations.

Inter-Tyre uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. View, modify or delete data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Inter-Tyre and the right to data portability. This means that you can make a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You may send a request to view, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@inter-tyre.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. How we secure personal data
Inter-Tyre takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
